When you’re ready to browse through your favorite designs, click the heart icon at the top of the page to open your My Favorites list and pick up right where you left off.
Organize Favorite Plans Into Collections
Create collections—or groups—of your favorite house plans and sort them however you like—by style, square footage, dream-home status, or even just a list for your builder. Keep your favorite plan collections private or share them with a partner, friend, or client when you’re ready for feedback.

Hide and Compare Plans with Ease
If a plan doesn’t quite fit what you’re looking for, you can click Hide right on the plan page. It’ll disappear from your search results but stays easy to find under Hidden Plans on your My Favorites page if you want to revisit it later.

Narrowed down your filters and want to come back to that exact search later? You can save it, give it a name, and even check a box to get email alerts when new plans are added that match your criteria.
You can access your saved searches anytime—either through the filters tool or by visiting your My Favorites page.

When you purchase a Cost-to-Build Report, it’s stored in your account so you can access it anytime. Compare multiple reports to get a better sense of what’s realistic for your location and budget.
