2022 has been a busy year for the team at Architectural Designs, and we’re so excited about all of the amazing new designers that have joined our family in the past 8 months! We decided to round up all of our new designers to make sure you don’t miss any of the stunning new additions to our portfolio.
1) FTY: Barndominiums & Shop Houses
The FTY collection is perfect for anyone looking to build the barndo of their dreams! This designer specializes in barndominiums and shop houses, a style of home whose popularity has skyrocketed in the past year. Their plans range from 1,000 to 6,000+ SqFt and offer versatile layouts.
2) FNK: Charming Cottages & Farmhouses
We love the style of this designer’s plans! The FNK collection offers charming Farmhouse & Cottage style homes. Most of them are designed with a simple footprint, making them a more budget friendly option to build. They range from 1,400 to 3,600 SqFt – the perfect size for those looking to downsize, or for smaller families.
3) JEN: Modern European & Farmhouse Style Designs
